Four kinds of message
SUBJECT: HELP
You bought ZEROTH and something will not install
Tell us which stage of START-HERE you reached and paste the text of any red message the Sheet showed you. If you can, say which Google account you are signed in as — a personal account and a school account behave differently, and that alone explains most install failures.
Do not send us your Sheet or your learners' work. We do not need it and we do not want it.
SUBJECT: SCHOOL
Schools, co-ops, districts and ESA administrators
We invoice, we accept purchase orders, and we answer vendor questionnaires. Say how many learners, which state, and whether you are paying through an education savings account, a district PO or a card. If you need a W-9, a Course of Study or a standards crosswalk, ask and it comes back the same day.
More than thirty learners is a site license. Tell us the number and we will quote it.

You are deciding whether to buy
Ask anything: what a Semester actually contains, how much adult time it needs, whether it suits a fourteen-year-old or a nine-year-old, what happens to the data. World 1 is free and needs no email address, so the fastest answer is usually to run it yourself for an evening.

Press, research and partnerships
Journalists, researchers and curriculum reviewers get a full copy of the course at no charge, on the understanding that you say so if you write about it. We are also happy to talk to anyone building AI-literacy provision who wants to compare notes rather than sell something.
We do not pay for reviews and we do not accept paid placements.

If your question is one of these, you do not have to wait for us.
Does my child need their own Google account?
No. The whole course runs inside one adult's Google account. Learners can work beside you on your screen, or you can share the one document with them. Nobody has to sign up for anything.
Can two of my children use one purchase?
Yes. The Family license covers up to six learners in one household or one adult’s care. Seven or more is the Classroom license at fifty dollars a Semester, up to thirty.
Do you see my child's work?
No. There is no publisher server, no account with us and nothing sends anything back. Everything the course produces stays in your own Google Drive, and you can read the code that runs it.
Is it accredited? Does it award credit?
No, to both. ZEROTH is independent curriculum. Many families and schools count it as an elective, and several states' AI-literacy language maps onto it cleanly, but the credit decision is your school's or your state's, not ours.
What if it does not suit us?
Write within thirty days and we refund the purchase, no argument and no form to fill in. Run World 1 free first and you will probably know before you spend anything.
How long until you reply?
One working day for most things, and usually much less. If you have paid and cannot get started, say so in the first line — those go to the front of the queue.

Levitation Education is the education imprint of Levitation Automation, a small independent studio. ZEROTH was built to be run by one adult and finished by one teenager, or a whole classroom, without a training day or a subscription. There is no support tier and no chatbot between you and us.
