The short version

You buy one Semester at a time and own it. A Family license covers up to six learners; a Classroom license covers up to thirty. Keep the answer material away from learners, do not redistribute the course, and everything else is yours to run as you see fit. The course installs into your own Google account, so we cannot reach it — and cannot break it either.

These terms govern your use of levitationeducation.com and of the ZEROTH curriculum published by Levitation Education, a trading name of Levitation Automation LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By buying, downloading or installing a ZEROTH Semester you agree to them. If you are buying on behalf of a school, co-op or organization, you confirm you have authority to agree on its behalf.

1. What you are buying

A perpetual license to use one Semester of the ZEROTH curriculum with a limited number of learners. It is not a subscription. It does not renew, it does not expire, and there is no account with us to maintain. Each Semester is sold separately, and we do not sell a Semester that has not shipped.

2. License tiers and learner limits

The Family license covers one household, or one adult teaching up to six learners. The Classroom license covers one teacher or co-op leader and up to thirty learners in a single Google Classroom. Above thirty learners you need a site license — write to us and we will sort one out.

A license covers one adult running the course. A second teacher running their own group needs their own license, at the tier that matches their group.

3. What you may do

Install the course into your own Google account; run it for your licensed learners; print the readings and guides for them; keep everything indefinitely; reinstall it, move it to a new computer, or install a later Semester beside it. You do not need to ask us first, and you do not need to tell us.

4. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the course or any part of it. Publish the course files, the installer, the Boss question banks or the answer material to a public site, a shared drive, a file-sharing service or any audience wider than your licensed learners. Run a paid class larger than your license tier without buying the tier that fits. Remove or obscure attribution. Use the materials as training data for a machine-learning model.

5. Answer material stays with the adult

The Boss question banks and the answer material are teacher-controlled. Keep them out of any folder a learner can open, and do not share the teacher download with a learner. This is the one mistake in this product that cannot be undone, which is why it has a clause of its own.

6. Where you buy, and whose terms apply

Purchases made on Teachers Pay Teachers are governed by TpT’s terms of service. TpT handles payment, licensing and receipts, and is the seller of record for those purchases.

Purchases made through an Education Savings Account marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s vendor terms and by the rules of the state program funding them. For those orders we invoice and fulfill by email, usually within one business day.

7. Refunds

For TpT purchases, TpT’s refund policy applies and TpT administers it. For marketplace and direct orders, we will refund within fourteen days of purchase if the installer has not been run, handled through the marketplace rather than in cash to a family. World 1 is free and complete, so you can judge whether the format fits your learner before you spend anything.

8. Third-party services

ZEROTH runs on services we do not own. You need a Google account for yourself and one for each learner aged thirteen or over, and the course uses free tiers of third-party AI tools. Those services are provided to you directly by their operators under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or any other provider named in the course.

If a third party changes, gates or withdraws something the course relies on, we will adapt the course where we reasonably can. We cannot promise that a service outside our control will stay as it is.

9. What ZEROTH is not

ZEROTH is not accredited and awards no credit. It is not a state-approved course and does not by itself satisfy any graduation requirement, course requirement or standard. It is written as preparation for college-level AI coursework; we describe the bar it prepares a learner for, and we promise no outcome beyond the work in the box.

10. Your installation is yours

The course installs into your own Google account and runs there. We hold no learner data, operate no server in the loop, and have no ability to reach into your installation to read it, change it, repair it or delete it. That cuts both ways: your work is private from us, and backing it up is your responsibility. The course ships with the means to do that and the guides explain how.

11. Updates and future Semesters

We may correct, improve or re-issue a Semester you already own; where that happens you are entitled to the corrected version at no charge. Later Semesters release in order and we do not publish a delivery date for them. Nothing on this site or in a listing is a commitment to a release timetable.

12. Intellectual property

The ZEROTH curriculum, the ZEROTH name, the Operator turtle mark, the artwork, the guides and the installer code remain ours. Your license is permission to use them as described above; it transfers no ownership and grants no right to create derivative products for distribution.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The course is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from a Semester is limited to the amount you paid for that Semester. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it took effect. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones in force on the day you bought it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
