The short version

We never see your child’s work or data. It lives in your own Google account.

The course installs into your Google Classroom and Drive and runs there. There is no account with us, no login, no publisher database, and nothing sent back to us. That is an architectural fact about how ZEROTH is built, not a promise about how carefully we would look after data we had collected.

This policy covers levitationeducation.com and the ZEROTH curriculum published by Levitation Education, a trading name of Levitation Automation LLC. It explains the little we hold, the much larger amount we deliberately do not, and what to do if you want any of it removed.

1. What the course collects: nothing

ZEROTH has no publisher server in the loop. There is no telemetry, no license heartbeat, no tracking pixel, no analytics inside the course and no callback to us of any kind. Learner work, grades, experience points, uploaded media, notes and backups all stay inside the Google account of the adult who installed the course and in each learner’s own account.

We cannot read that material, change it, recover it or delete it, because we have no access to it and no mechanism that could be granted access to it. If you ask us to retrieve a lost grade, the honest answer is that we are unable to.

2. What this website collects

The site is built and hosted on Framer. Framer’s servers process the technical information any web server needs in order to deliver a page — your IP address, your browser and operating system, and the address of the page you asked for — and use it to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.

Framer provides a built-in page-view counter that works without cookies; where it is switched on it records which page was viewed and where the visit came from, not who you are. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recorders, or any third-party tracker. We do not sell, rent or share data with advertisers. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

3. Email

If you write to hello@levitationeducation.com we receive your address and whatever you choose to tell us, and we keep the thread for as long as it takes to answer you and to have a record of what was agreed. If you ask to hear when the next Semester ships, we use your address for that and nothing else — roughly one email a Semester — and you can ask to come off the list at any time.

Please do not send us student work, learner names, learner email addresses or anything else that identifies a minor. We do not need it to help you, and we would rather not hold it. A screenshot with the names cropped out answers almost every support question.

4. Purchases

Buying on Teachers Pay Teachers: TpT is the seller of record, takes the payment and holds your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see card numbers. We see what any TpT seller sees about an order.

Buying through an Education Savings Account marketplace: the marketplace and the state program handle the payment. To fulfill and invoice an order we receive what the program requires us to record — typically the purchaser’s name and contact address, the student’s name, and an order reference — and we keep it only as long as that program’s vendor rules require.

5. Children

ZEROTH is written for ages thirteen and over, and Google’s own account rules set that floor for Google Classroom. This website is aimed at the adults who buy and run the course, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.

6. Third parties

Google and the AI tools the course uses hold their relationship directly with you, under their own terms and privacy policies, in your own account. We are not a party to it, we receive nothing from it, and we cannot act on your behalf with them. Their policies are the ones to read if you want to know what those services retain.

7. Your rights

Write to hello@levitationeducation.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Because we hold so little, the answer is usually a short one and we can act on it quickly. Where the law gives you formal rights over your data — in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere — this is the address to use to exercise them.

8. Security

What we hold amounts to a mailbox and a small record of orders. We protect those with the usual measures and keep them off shared machines. The thing that most protects a family’s data here is structural rather than procedural: the data never reaches us in the first place, so there is no store of learner work to lose.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with the date it took effect. If a change ever means we start collecting something we do not collect today, we will say so plainly at the top rather than bury it in a clause.
